Rebates

Quarterly eCommerce Rebates

Also, as an incentive for you to use our state-of-the-art online procurement system, we offer the following eCommerce Rebate Program:

• Order 40% to 80% of your products online and get a 0.5% rebate
• Order more than 80% online and get a 1.0% rebate

The eCommerce Rebates are based on net purchases (excluding taxes, shipping and handling) and reset on a quarterly basis. Each calendar quarter the rebates will be calculated reviewing the previous quarter’s ordering activity. Utilizing the thresholds above, if the aggregate of the participant orders placed in that calendar quarter online meet or exceed one of the two thresholds, then the appropriate rebate in the form of credit against future purchases will be given within 45 days of the quarter.

Volume Rebates

Volume rebates will be paid out at the participant level on an annual basis starting with the month your 1st order is placed through the end of the calendar year. The volume thresholds are listed below and will be paid via check within 45 days of the end of any given calendar year, or 12 full months on the program, whichever is higher. All volume rebates are paid on net purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, handling and returns).
