Account Set Up for High Complexity Agencies

It is important to begin the account set up process as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to place and receive orders.
Criteria:
- Agencies require complex integration to existing procurement system (Ariba, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.)
- Use the standard electronic billing format provided by Independent Stationers or have customized electronic billing requirements
- Uses credit card, p-card, invoice or summary billing processes for payments
- Number of users is greater than 40 and/or the number of ship to addresses / locations is greater than 25
Information needed for set up:
- User information, basic billing and shipping information, basic implementation questions
- Detailed requirements for procurement system integration
- Programming by agency to accept standard electronic billing format; end to end testing is required
Deadline
- Once all information is received / confirmed complete, implementation typically is between 10-15 business days
- All information is required by 12/6/10 to ensure transition is completed by 12/31/10
