Account Set Up for Medium Complexity Agencies

It is important to begin the account set up process as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to place and receive orders. 

Criteria:

  • Agencies access the Independent Stationers website directly or are redirected to Independent Stationers website from another website
  • Have no electronic billing interface requirement or use the standard electronic billing format provided by Independent Stationers
  • Uses credit card, p-card, invoice or summary billing processes for payments
  • Number of users is less than 40 and the number of ship to addresses / locations is less than 25

Information needed for set up:

  • User information, basic billing and shipping information, basic implementation questions
  • Website redirection managed by agency
  • Programming by agency to accept standard electronic billing format; end to end testing is required

Deadline:

  • Once all information is received and confirmed implementation will take between 7-10 business days
  • All information is required by 12/13/10 to ensure transition is completed by 12/31/10
